You already know what bad storage does to a good bottle. Heat pushes wine forward before its time. Swings in temperature work the cork loose. Dry air finishes the job.

Nothing here swings. We hold the building at 55°F and 60–70% humidity every day of the year, on three commercial refrigeration units inside a sealed spray-foam envelope, with a standby generator behind all of it. Your wine sits in the conditions it was made for, and you can get to it whenever you want.

How to Choose

Start with how you use your wine.

You buy by the case and drink from it — a locker. Your wine stays in its cases, stacked and secure, in four sizes from 10 up to 60 cases. Right when you’re pulling a whole box at a time and you know what’s in there.

You want to see your collection — a private cellar. Every bottle racked individually, labels out. You walk in, look at what you have, and take one.

You’re not sure yet, or you’re only here part of the year — by-the-box. Month to month, no contract, and what you spend counts toward a locker when you’re ready.

Wine Lockers

Wood lockers on steel framing, individually locked, in four sizes. That’s how cellars get built — not how storage units get built — and it holds up in a room kept at 60–70% humidity year-round. Your wine stores in its cases: stacked, sealed, and out of the light.

Your lock, or Ours.

We supply a padlock with every locker and keep a master key. That’s what lets us take delivery of your wine and put it away for you — worth having if you’re buying from across the country, or if you’re only down here part of the year.

Would you rather nobody had a key but you? Bring your own lock. You’ll just be handling your own deliveries.

Move up to a Cellar

A Standard cellar runs $130/month more than an XL locker, and it’s a different way of owning wine. In a locker your collection lives in cases, which means moving boxes to find the bottle you want. In a cellar every bottle has its own slot, labels facing out — you see the whole collection at once and pull one thing without unstacking anything. Serenoa Club comes with it, which is $350 a year on its own.

Private Walk-In Cellars

Your own room, your own lock, racked the way you want it. Bring us a layout — magnums, cases on the floor, verticals at eye level — and we build to it.

How it Works

Tell us what you’re storing and we’ll walk you through the building — in person if you’re local, on a call if you’re not. Once you’ve chosen your space we send the agreement, assign your unit, and email your payment link and building code. Move yourself in, or we can suggest movers that can handle your collection temperature controlled coast to coast (including us locally!).

Ship it straight to us. Send your allocations, auction lots, and club shipments to 1125 Serenoa Rd. We’ll take delivery and put them in your space — no missed deliveries, no cases sitting on a hot porch in July, no waiting for your next trip down. Available with a locker, cellar or by-the-box.
